As Tigris Associates Ltd Company Director, Ali is responsible for Tigris’ day-to-day-operations, as well as overseeing the company’s technical and business strategy. He founded the Company in 1996. Under his leadership, Tigris dramatically scaled its infrastructure and diversified its product offerings, while maintaining a strong culture of innovation.
Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building, Design and Management from the University of Coventry and is also an Incorporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Jo has worked with Tigris Associates Ltd for the last ten years. Her invaluable support has helped build the business in a positive manner through the mature co-coordination of office and business operations and the effective implementation of procedures to promote organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Trevor has had a successful and varied career that has focussed on the development of strategic plans and then the implementation of those plans both personally and as a consultant in change management. The initial phase of his career in the public sector provided an excellent grounding in the tools and techniques of management and allowed these to be tempered by the associated development of personnel management skills and the enhancement of his leadership abilities
As a consultant Trevor developed effective relationships with principals in government agencies, oil companies, public bodies, consultancies and universities. A strategic member of the senior management team contributing to the development of its strategic plan and in many cases leading the response to the changing financial and political climate within the HE sector. Important elements of those changes related to ensuring the institution responded to its changing markets, capitalising on all opportunities including securing a return from IPR and the formation of partnerships with government, companies and other institutions at regional, national and international level. This involved participating in national trade missions led by government ministers and the negotiation and operation of major collaborations with overseas governments and companies.

Having been the managing director of Dubai based consultancy firm for 15years, David has worked on a variety of projects throughout the Middle east region.
Working with large multi-national companies on award winning projects such as AX324 Dubai airport expansion program. Leading a management team to work with RFID technology, planning and procurement. Utilising management skills to drive cost effective changes to improve efficiency in company structures, from performing internal studies into a company capabilities on specific sectors to highlight areas for investment and improvements.
Yahia Al IbrahimChief Finance
With a degree in Electronics and Communication Management and a wealth of experience in Project Management in the Middle East he brings knowledge and strong commercial awareness in the construction arena. Yahia is also responsible for the management of the procurement process and achieving targets within budget.
His strong customer liaison skills and team leadership has brought growth into the business since he joined Tigris Associates Ltd
MSc degree in Biomedical Science and BSc degree in Microbiology. Has worked and been involved in different laboratories in Jordan and in the UK. Carried out research study and thesis at Wolverhampton University (UK) relating to Cancer treatment and been involved and has great interest on the effect of air pollution on health.
Master in Construction Project Management (CPM), Birmingham City University, BSc in Architecture and Designs. Specialist in Construction's Environmental and Disaster Management. With a wealth experience in Design and Project Management in the Middle East and Europe.
Strong customer liaison skills and design which has brought growth into the business since joining Tigris Associates Ltd.
Professional business consultant with extensive experience covering logistics sectors, manufacturing, retail and leisure.
Ability to lead and manage teams, finance systems implementation, developing financial control and associated disciplines. Strong experience in business reporting, with Management Accounting expertise and strong technical skills.
