With extensive experience in Design and Project Management across the Middle East and Europe, Shab possesses a deep understanding of industry demands, allowing for precise talent placement within construction projects. In their role as a Construction Recruitment Consultant at Tigris Associates Ltd, Shab plays a key role in identifying, sourcing, and matching skilled professionals with leading construction firms, ensuring that projects are staffed with the right expertise.
